Senior Product Designer, Core App Experiences

We're looking for a versatile, strategic, data-driven, and highly skilled Senior Product Designer who can move seamlessly between big-picture product thinking and meticulous design execution. In this role, you’ll design end-to-end experiences from initial concept and user flows to high-fidelity visuals. This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in maintaining app cohesion through cross vertical collaborations, driving better app engagement, and increasing membership retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to define problems and explore solutions. Balance big-picture product thinking with detail-oriented execution. Prototype and test ideas quickly and advocate for design quality and user-centered thinking in product discussions. Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
