Product Designer

About the role:

• This role is for a designer who thinks about bringing the outdoors to life, working at the intersection of craft, product thinking, and technical curiosity.
• You'll move fluidly between mapping user behaviors, iterating features, and using code and AI as creative tools.
• You'll own work end-to-end and ship things that matter to millions of outdoor enthusiasts.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and ship meaningful product updates.
• Ideate on behavioral loops that create value and encourage participation, including social sharing and challenges.
• Design experiences that communicate membership value and leverage design systems.

What you bring:

• 2-4 years of professional experience designing consumer-facing features across iOS, Android, and web.
• Strong visual, interaction, and motion design judgment with a builder mentality.
• AI fluency and design systems thinking.
