Redefining how User Acquisition (UA) works across the group. As Head of User Acquisition, you will lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service to all our product teams. You will centralize operations, drive efficiencies, and establish a unified strategy across all paid traffic channels. You will mentor and manage a distributed team of expert UA Managers across our portfolio, acting as the key strategic and operational bridge between product, creative, and analytics. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives on scale, complexity, and data-driven execution.
Key responsibilities include build and lead the centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products, define and own the overall UA strategy across all platforms, develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems. Design UA OKRs/KPIs for both department-wide success and individual team members, manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers, lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes, create a high-talent-density culture, oversee large-scale budget management, and develop and implement strategic growth plans.
