Associate Clinical Representative - Albuquerque, NM

The Clinical Associate Representative will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers. This role may also be responsible for field service support including system installations and repairs and making software upgrades. At the core of this role, Procept seeks someone with the ability to manage very complex surgical procedures and sophisticated robotically assisted operations in the operating room. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment and can exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing their work. The role involves designing and facilitating training, troubleshooting product issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role also provides customer feedback to Marketing on product design and customer utilization needs.
