Automation & Delivery Leadership:
- Own automation strategy and delivery, defining approaches aligned to client delivery models and risk profiles.
- Design and build scalable automation frameworks across web, API, and integrated systems, driving automation for functional and non-functional testing.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and act as the senior escalation point for automation-related risks and technical decisions.
Client Engagement & Technical Consultancy:
- Act as a trusted automation advisor to client stakeholders, supporting informed technical decision-making.
- Shape automation approaches within proposals and estimates, and support pre-sales and solution design activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation effectiveness and value to help position Spike as a high-quality engineering partner.
Leadership, People & Culture:
- Lead, mentor, and coach Spike consultants on client engagements and support the development of less experienced engineers.
- Promote high engineering standards, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within internal communities of practice.
- Demonstrate company values through behavior, decision-making, and client interactions to nurture the culture.
