Responsibilities:
- Overall management of Revenue Integrity ROI operations, including client meetings and workflow optimization.
- Ensure productivity standards and quality assurance monitoring are met by area managers.
- Participate in process review, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and improve policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (RHIT/RHIA preferred).
- 5+ years HIM or revenue cycle payer audit denial experience.
- Experience with healthcare information systems and customer-facing success.
