Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight for HIM, coding, and CDI operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory compliance.
- Establish and enforce documentation quality standards and coding accuracy to optimize reimbursement and maintain medical record integrity.
- Manage vendor performance for HIM, coding, CDI, transcription, and ROI services, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's degree with 10+ years demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- 12+ years in healthcare industry with proven experience in a large, complex, multi-facility healthcare environment.
- Preferred Master's degree.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with equipment provided including laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.
- Standard hours Monday - Friday, day shift.
- Collaboration with clinical leadership, revenue cycle operations, compliance, IT, and vendor partners.
