Overview:
- Support critical infrastructure projects by administering secure and efficient project information systems.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, clients, and corporate IT to maintain dependable technology platforms.
- Work fully remote within the United States while supporting essential project operations.
Accountabilities:
- Manage user access, permissions, and data backup procedures across project management information systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and coordinate with IT teams for troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement.
- Provide multi-project support and maintain accurate records of system administration activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in PMIS administration, user access management, IT support, or project systems coordination.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a security-conscious mindset.
