Senior Marketing Manager KZ CIS Region

As a Senior Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include taking full ownership of the KZ regional marketing, from business strategy to marketing on-hands daily execution; developing and executing non-standard marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture and users; signing sponsorship projects and executing them independently; designing and executing user growth campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention. Build and strengthen community engagement, working closely with Binance Angels and local partners. Organize and manage offline and online events (meetups, roadshows, collaborations); manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI; deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance; and collaborate cross-functionally with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns.
