Senior Audit Transformation Lead

About the role:

• You’ll have the freedom to redefine assurance at scale by being at the heart of Internal Audit’s transformation agenda.
• You don’t need an audit background; we need a natural collaborator who can bridge stakeholder groups to turn ideas into reality.

What you’ll do:

• Translate Internal Audit’s strategy into a concrete product roadmap with measurable business and risk outcomes.
• Champion a product owner mindset across the function focused on technology-enabled, repeatable value-driven assurance.
• Work closely with the Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead and the audit team to identify innovation opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• You are energised by translating abstract frameworks into concrete outcomes.
• You can influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and communicate data or engineering concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You have a track record of leading agile, digital, or operational transformations in fast-moving environments.
