Provide telehealth clinical triage and virtual care assessments to diverse patients and health plan members.
Work independently to make clinical decisions at your license level while focusing on one patient at a time.

What You'll Do:

Provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online, assessing needs and directing to appropriate care.
Monitor performance with dashboard metrics and participate in coaching sessions to improve outcomes.
Document all patient/member interactions using management software.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience in high acuity settings.
A multi-state (compact) unrestricted RN license and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and assessment skills with a passion for evidence-based care.
