GTM Enablement Program Manager

Curriculum Design & Content Production:

• Design interactive training content, including playbooks, certification exams, and e-learning modules.
• Transform complex technical product features into simple, persuasive value propositions for sales conversations.

Facilitation & Training Delivery:

• Lead live training sessions, workshops, and new hire bootcamps to build team skills.
• Host role-play sessions and coaching clinics to help reps improve their discovery and closing techniques.

Product Launch Enablement & Tool Administration:

• Execute enablement plans for new features, ensuring the GTM team understands their purpose and use.
• Act as the primary administrator for the enablement tech stack, ensuring tools like Salesforce and Gong streamline workflows.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

• Collect feedback from reps and managers to identify gaps in content or training effectiveness.
• Constantly iterate on enablement programs to keep them relevant as market conditions change.
