Global Commodity Manager Logistics

About the Role:

• This is a strategic leadership position overseeing global sourcing for logistics, packaging, and customs duties.
• You will manage a portfolio of approximately $120 million in spend and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier contracts with a focus on cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier performance, including evaluation, selection, diversification, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure customs and regulatory compliance while optimizing supply chain design for complex international projects.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in logistics operations and sourcing, with expertise in international logistics and procurement strategy.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a global matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit regional teams, operational sites, and suppliers.
