Responsibilities:

  • Support Army logistics congressional affairs through strategic analysis, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct research to evaluate legislative actions, policy initiatives, and emerging issues affecting Army logistics.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, presentations, congressional responses, and other communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience in Army logistics or congressional affairs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication skills for developing executive-level products and coordinating with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree and experience with headquarters-level executive correspondence and congressional engagement.
  • Experience with dashboards, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitation of cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements.
