Job Description
You will proactively engage with self-serve users to drive trial activation, adoption, and conversion. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and in-app signals to encourage trial engagement. In this role, you will guide users through onboarding flows, product features, and best practices to accelerate time-to-value. Align product capabilities to user goals, needs, and business objectives to maximize trial success. You will build rapport and trust with users to inspire trial completion and subscription conversion.
