Key Responsibilities:
- Administer monitoring infrastructure (SCOM, Checkmk, Elastic) to ensure stability, tuning, and maintenance.
- Develop automations using Ansible and create integration APIs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with SCOM, Checkmk, and Elastic Observability.
- Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python; programming in .NET, C#, or Python.
- Understanding of complex enterprise environments and DevOps practices.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of additional monitoring tools like OEM or Prometheus.
- Experience with KQL, ESQL, PromQL, and Kibana dashboards.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS or PowerBI.
