WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support full lifecycle recruiting activities across a variety of business functions including R&D, Product, GTM, G&A, and Professional Services
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to support hiring strategy, process coordination, and candidate experience initiatives
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, networking, and outreach campaigns

- Delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple concurrent searches
- Building organized and proactive talent pipelines that improve hiring responsiveness and efficiency
- Maintaining strong communication, follow-through, and operational consistency throughout the recruiting lifecycle
