Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager, ServiceNow SDK - Platform Agentic Build Lifecycle Team

What you get to do in this role:

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow SDK and Fluent APIs.
• Define the SDK's evolution to an operational substrate for AI agents, enabling autonomous discovery and change.
• Set product direction for AI-agent consumption and partner on packaging and governance.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of product management experience, including owning a developer platform or SDK at enterprise scale.
• Working fluency in TypeScript and hands-on use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Deep experience with developer-facing package ecosystems, CLI design, and agent tool-use protocols.
