Senior Product Manager, Design Tools

Accountabilities:

• Lead the roadmap and development of the creation suite from MVP to a flagship product, defining success metrics and user experience goals.
• Own the end-to-end visual creation journey, ensuring seamless transitions from text to visual outputs.
• Partner with engineers, designers, AI/UX researchers, and other stakeholders to develop adaptive, multimodal workflows and templates.

Responsibilities:

• Define and validate design systems that make non-designers feel like creators.

Collaborate with complementary product teams to ensure integrated, cohesive user experiences.

• Use data, research, and product intuition to prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions and measure product success.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across design, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on creation or design-centric products.
