Senior Platform Engineer

CapIntel is building a Platform Engineering Team to help shape the architecture, reliability, and scalability of our engineering systems. The Senior Platform Developer role is a key part of our investment in platform maturity — you’ll design and implement cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and internal tools that improve the developer experience and support faster, more secure product delivery. Improve development workflows : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and reduce friction across the development lifecycle. Design and manage cloud infrastructure : Build secure, scalable AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code to support product development. Standardize deployment processes : Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that promote consistency, automation, and reliable software delivery. Build platform tools and services : Develop internal tools that enable self-service and streamline operations across teams. Advocate for best practices : Help define cloud, security, and reliability standards while mentoring team members to adopt them.
