Product Leader

Freshpaint is looking for our first full time product leader to iterate and execute on our product vision. Working with executive leadership, you will develop Freshpaint's product strategy and roadmap. You will hire, develop, and lead the product team that helps us execute on Freshpaint's product strategy and build an agile development process that drives roadmap execution through shipping and iterating quickly. You will work closely with customer facing teams to develop a customer-centric culture and ability to translate insights into product. This also means working cross-functionally to identify and develop new features and products that retain customers, unlock expansion opportunities, increase new business velocity, and expand our TAM. Partnering with engineering leadership to turn two functions (product and engineering) into one team that executes at a high level is also a key part of the role. This position requires someone with 10 years product management experience with 3-5 years leading product teams of 10 or more.
