Job Description
Samsara is looking for a smart, ambitious Sales Operations Coordinator interested in helping to ensure the success of our global sales organization. We are seeking people with a passion for helping others, who are eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a direct impact on our growth and the success of our global sales org as we build out our team in Mexico. Proven problem-solving and communication skills as well as fluency in English and Spanish are required. You will provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization, including but not limited to account and opportunity management, and support case responses. You will also solve time-sensitive sales pain points, own enforcement of sales processes and policies, work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support sales deals, and help administer sales tools, including Salesforce. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.
