Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand resource capabilities and build appropriate project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans using established processes, ensuring alignment of timelines with client goals and monitoring budget.
- Organize and lead project and client meetings, approve project time for payroll, and coordinate with Solution Architects.
Accountabilities:
- Manage project issues and escalations, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, and track project metrics to ensure reporting is up to date.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensure timely follow-ups, and participate in process improvement initiatives with feedback.
- Mentor and guide other Project Managers in project methodologies, contributing to team development and best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience across the project lifecycle and a proven track record in leading successful Dynamics ERP implementations.
- Strong leadership, communication abilities, advanced strategic thinking, solid interpersonal skills, and expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics focused on Business Central.
- Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform to support project delivery and integration efforts.
