Be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing public sector sales team, building personal relationships and making our prospective customers successful. Leverage your sales experience to communicate with potential clients to develop an interest in Positβs professional software. Play a key role in expansion opportunities and educate the market about the value of Positβs professional products and then sell our software. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. Work with Customer Success, MDRs and SDRs to drive current customer growth and generate new business opportunities. Keep up with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
You are interested in a technical sales role that involves familiarity with analytics / Data Science. You have at least 7+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience preferably with a track record of success selling to governmental entities. Experience with Academic RFQ / RFP processes, acquisition regulations, and contract mechanisms. Experience working with resellers, VARβs, and channel partners focused on government markets would be helpful.
