Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead accessibility strategy across multiple products, ensuring accessibility is embedded across planning, design, development, testing, and release readiness.
  • Conduct accessibility audits using manual, automated, and assistive technology testing methods, identifying issues and guiding teams through remediation.
  • Establish and improve scalable accessibility processes, including documentation standards such as VPATs/ACRs, testing frameworks, and reusable patterns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility or closely related roles in product, design, engineering, or UX environments.
  • Strong expertise in WCAG guidelines, accessibility standards, and practical application in modern digital products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in agile or iterative environments.
