This is a unique opportunity to build an impactful, meaningful brand in a rapidly changing category directly alongside the Co-CEO. You’ll manage the lifecycle of our coaching community while driving operational excellence across our cross-functional coaching team. You'll build lasting relationships with our 1099 contract coaches, support their Mento journey, and implement initiatives that enhance both coach and member experiences while aligning with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include coach support by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, managing operations by owning the processes for coach onboarding, and talent acquisition by overseeing recruiting operations. You'll also organize and monitor coach performance metrics and act as a thought partner in driving the coaching business forward.
