Licensing Administrator, Publishing

The Licensing Administrator will have the opportunity to help develop and maintain business solutions for the Licensing Team, establish relationships with music publishers, and collaborate with various business units at Warner Music Group and U.S. Shared Services. Responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and securing mechanical and synchronization licenses; researching song titles and information about songwriters; confirming publishing splits and writer credits; compiling information regarding musical compositions; analyzing mechanical licensing provisions; liaising with other departments; and responding to inquiries from music publishers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, multi-tasking abilities, and strong digital literacy.
