What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices and documentation.
- Drive full-stack systems design decisions involving API architecture, data models, and UI component structure.
- Build intuitive, responsive front-end experiences using React and modern component libraries.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior experience leading engineers.
- Full stack proficiency across frontend and backend with demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions.
- Experience leading an AI-enabled development team and owning guardrails, validation, and end-to-end testing.
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on work with secure government environments (DoD, IL5+, FedRAMP).
- Experience building geospatial applications.
- Certifications like Security+ and AWS Developer/Architect.
