What You'll Do:
- Lead a specialized team of Account Executives focused on strategic channels and key accounts.
- Apply deep business acumen to solve complex challenges and exceed targets.
- Oversee daily operations including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years as an account manager or leading sales teams.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams with strong engagement.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $70,550 - $120,000 annually depending on location and experience.
- Annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
