Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a large team of account managers and sales professionals, driving net revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and customer expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to improve customer outcomes and influence business priorities.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making and achieve commercial targets.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, with 4+ years leading teams.
- Strong operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, analytics dashboards, and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence global teams.
