About the Role:
- Seek a Director to lead a growing offshore team focused on expansion and retention within the CMRL customer base.
- Own Net ARR growth through a combination of upsell/cross-sell strategy and strategic renewals management.
- Oversee a team of 100+ offshore Account Managers and sellers managing complex customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage frontline managers, coaching them to hit quarterly targets and build a culture of accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent, building a bench of future leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy to surface customer needs and design cohesive GTM strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SaaS sales or account management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading SMB or Commercial segments through complex deal cycles and strategic renewals.
- Strong operational acumen with Salesforce, dashboards, AI tools, and forecasting models.
