What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continual learning.
- Own and drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets, developing strategic account plans.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of leadership in mid-market/enterprise SaaS account management.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
- Proven experience managing complex accounts in North America.
