About the Team:

  • The Account Management, Commercial, Growth team manages the full deal cycle for existing customers in the Commercial space.

About the Role:

  • You will coach the team to use Outreach's AI capabilities in daily selling.
  • You will drive prospect accountability and teach prioritization across research, cold calling, and email campaigns.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Contribute to a winning environment by facilitating a culture of self-development and accountability.
  • Teach AMs to build territory plans that create clear paths to quota achievement.
  • Coach AMs to maintain deal momentum and identify risk using MEDDPICC methodology.
