Role Overview:

  • Lead and coordinate pre-sales, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, and marketing.
  • Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell sales motion.

Account Strategy:

  • Have responsibility for overall account strategy and management including creation and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Maintain high touch and trusted advisor status with customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years track record in sales with quota achievement.
  • Previous sales experience in software or solution sales organisations.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other SaaS aligned sales methodologies.
