Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships.
- Strong relationship builder who establishes trust and credibility with senior leaders quickly
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans to identify customer requirements, mitigate risks, and drive on-time renewal closures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales support, or client management.
- Fluency in business English
- Experience with HR software / SaaS / solution selling experience
