Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives for net-new home health and hospice provider acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership.
  • Proven experience managing AEs selling net-new business into healthcare organizations.
  • Strong pipeline inspection, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay range of $190,000-$200,000 per year plus variable compensation.
