Release Planning & Coordination:
- Own and maintain release calendars across the product development portfolio, defining scope and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate planning across development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure predictable software delivery.
Cross-Functional Management:
- Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure alignment on expectations, risks, and delivery commitments through proactive coordination.
Quality & Process Improvement:
- Confirm testing standards, acceptance criteria, and quality gates are consistently applied for each release.
- Monitor post-release performance and contribute to ongoing improvements in release management and tooling.
Deployment & Risk Mitigation:
- Manage production deployment schedules, including coordination of release windows and sequencing.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate blockers to maintain release quality and timelines.
