Technology Operations and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assumes ownership of day-to-day IT operations and strategic advancement across a multi-site international organization.
• Provides end-to-end leadership of complex technology initiatives, combining project management with hands-on technical execution.
• Manages cybersecurity operations, annual security trainings, and serves as the primary internal lead on security incidents.

Technology Oversight:

• Oversees endpoint and device management, including computers, mobile devices, networking, and conferencing equipment.
• Identifies, configures, and maintains cloud infrastructure solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to support performance and security.
• Develops and maintains documentation, operational standards, and procedures to promote consistency and resilience.

Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum of five years of progressive experience across multiple IT domains, demonstrating broad technical knowledge.
• Must have proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and strong working knowledge of endpoint management and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in a mid-sized (400+ employee), multi-site, or international organization is required, with nonprofit experience preferred.
