Job Description
The Documentation Controller is responsible for ensuring the systematic management, organization, and control of project documentation in compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing electronic and physical archives, and facilitating smooth document flow between internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include applying documentation rules as per the defined management plan, managing and controlling contractual and internal project documentation, maintaining and updating Documentation Lists, and ensuring consistency in document formatting, referencing, versioning, and identification. Additional responsibilities are registering and tracking documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring internal validation of documents before delivery to external stakeholders, preparing and recording document submissions to customers and partners, and maintaining physical archiving and compliance with internal record-keeping policies.
