Vice President of Software Engineering

This is an important executive role to lead our engineering strategy and operations, with a focus on AWS-driven innovation in the healthcare sector experienced with cloud transformation and driving excellence at scale. The position requires you to bring hands-on expertise in AWS, migrating complex, data-intensive applications from on-premises data centers to AWS. Work with Product Management to align engineering projects with product vision, ensure seamless delivery of features, and translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Develop and execute the software engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the broader vision. You will also manage a large, diverse engineering organization, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.
