Engineering Lead

As Engineering Lead, success involves reliably delivering high-quality technical vetting, ensuring a professional candidate experience with meaningful feedback. You will build trust with companies, improve turnaround time and quality, and effectively manage a network of freelance reviewers. You will own the assessments product, contribute to vetting work initially, and develop a tech vetting platform leveraging AI. You'll define decision-ready feedback, shape the strategic direction of technical vetting, and partner with operations to manage freelance interviewers. Shaping and iterating on tech vetting processes and SLAs to improve speed, quality and scalability. You will design operations that scale, automates the boring stuff, and validates assessments.
