About Role:
- Investigate PIP / MP claims to determine coverage and extent of injury.
- Gather documentation, interview parties, explain policy coverage.
- Assess the validity of PIP claims based on collected evidence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Protection
- Handling the states of NY, NJ, MI, FL and/or KY
- Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures.
What We Need:
- Provide customer service to policyholders and claimants
- Manage an inventory of claims
- Prepare thorough and accurate claim reports
