Job Description
The BMC Helix Consultant must have a wide range of knowledge with the configuration, customization, implementation and maintenance of BMC Remedy/Helix applications. Knowledge of supplemental products such as Business Workflows, Helix GPT or Discovery are considered beneficial. The Consultant will provide their services / skills to various Bridgenext clients. This role will primarily be remote, but depending on the client may require the ability to be on-site. Workplace is mostly remote work based in Canada, with potential for some on-site work when needed.
