Principal Program Manager, TA Strategic Programs

Atlassian is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative Principal Program Manager to join our TA Strategic Programs Team. You will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of complex, multi-year TA programs that support business growth and transformation. You will collaborate with TA leadership and business executives to identify critical talent needs, develop program roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (TA leadership, HR, People Insights, Business leaders, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful program delivery. Drive organizational change by developing communication plans, training, and enablement strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies across the business and TA. Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision-making.
