A Day in the Life:
- Provides front-line support to community callers seeking healthcare-related information.
- Applies physiological, psychosocial and spiritual knowledge in the management of a variety of callers.
- Recognizes a direct relationship between cost effective and efficient provision of care and services to influence positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and computer software skills are required.
- BSN Preferred and Certification in the specialty area of practice is encouraged.
