Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will own the document & policies creation workflows and build the Agent features to automate those processes. You will help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions. The role involves deeply understanding customers and the market, translating their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve real compliance challenges, and partnering with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns. You will shape and scale the Agent’s interoperability, building the catalog of tools and integrations that enable meaningful, trusted actions across Vanta and deliver high-quality products that addresses key customer pain points.
