About the Role:
- You will lead on-site execution of store and distribution center construction projects.
- You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while overseeing contractors and vendors.
- You will serve as the key communicator between Target teams and construction partners.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with Guaranteed Maximum Review and ensure contractors receive all materials and equipment.
- Inspect work for quality, compliance, and accuracy, resolving disputes and performance issues.
- Mentor new OSRs and troubleshoot on problem jobs as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of on-site construction management experience.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering documents and prepare construction reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with coaching aptitude.
