American Girl is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Agents to deliver top-notch experiences, embodying the company's service values. Your role involves resolving customer issues, disseminating information about orders, products, and retail locations, and handling order and catalog requests. The position is currently remote, with required equipment provided, and applicants must reside in Illinois. The hours are up to 20 per week during normal operations and expanded during the holiday season. Responsibilities includes answering consumer calls and emails, resolving issues, inputting consumer data, maintaining product knowledge, and adhering to goals for attendance, timeliness, and service quality.
