What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), including in-platform management of targeting, bidding, and creative trafficking
- Execute structured experiments and clearly document learnings to drive continuous improvement in paid campaigns
- Deliver operational excellence in the form of precise budget management and pacing
Who you are:
- Experienced performance marketer, with expertise in paid social: You have 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple channels
- Strong communicator: You proactively share updates, flag issues early, and build strong relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners
- Analytical and hypothesis-driven: You are comfortable navigating across a swath of metrics and extracting the “aha” insights
