Grafana Labs is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven, high-impact marketing initiatives across the region. This role involves driving adoption and demand generation programs, leading quarterly planning with regional sales leadership, and collaborating with sales to develop integrated ABM campaigns. You will also plan and execute a wide range of programs including in-person events, regional webinars, trade shows, and Grafana-hosted activities, along with developing marketing plans with defined goals, budgets, timelines, and KPIs. The role requires monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, leading regional partner and channel marketing strategy, and collaborating with the broader regional marketing team to share learnings and drive program innovation. Balance is key, with a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum, including 3 Grafana Shutdown Days.
